When it comes to the blockchain industry, it’s easy to get in trouble with the law, without being aware of it.

Years of research has resulted in the Continuum Exposure Flowchart that allows us to decipher in any given situation if a brand is going to be in trouble or not.

I am working to triage the thousands of scenarios that the industry is facing right now. Thanks to Nick Morgan of Paul Hastings, finally I have a flowchart I can share with everyone. It is an Endorsement Exposure Evaluation Process to identify the level of triage your brand needs right now.

Of the 4.000+ blockchain brands that Continuum is tracking, when you apply the Endorsement Exposure Evaluation Process, we see that about 50% of all brands are potentially in trouble. That also applies to anyone who has ever received anything from a blockchain company, has ever founded a blockchain company, or has ever worked with a blockchain company.

  • If you’ve ever spoken positively about a blockchain brand, you might fall under the endorsement regulation;

  • if you’ve ever benefited from a blockchain brand or received a freebie, you might be in trouble;

  • if you’ve ever made a statement regarding a blockchain brand and had to pivot publicly, you might be in trouble;

  • if there is any chance that the blockchain product you are associated with can ever be considered security (in the past or in the future), you might be in trouble.

    YOU MIGHT BE IN TROUBLE…

    …and Continuum can show you the path out!

    It may require you to tell on yourself to the FTC or SEC if you haven’t done so already.
    We can hold your hand through that process.

We are actively working to protect the brands that go through this process. That’s what Continuum Advocacy is. And that is why you need to get registered with Continuum!

Give me a call so I can put you under Continuum’s wing and walk you through the potential triage or tell you that you are SAFE for US customers.
